There is a known issue with trying to create a new account and/or becoming a member.  The IIBA organization is actively working on this problem. In the meantime please create an account and email board@phoenix.iiba.org and request the account be activated and someone will return your email asap.  We sincerely apologize for any incovenience but the local chapter has no control over this functionality.  We are doing our best to provide a work around to continue to support our members.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.
