Presenter:
Isabel Feher-Watters is the Manager of Certification Programs & Operations at IIBA®, overseeing the development and operations of IIBAs certification programs and exams. Isabel has over 25 years of experience working in corporate education, organizational development, certification and association leadership. She has several industry credentials including being a Certified Credentialing Professional (ICE-CCP®) and Certified Association Executive (CAE®). Isabel has served on the board of the Institute for Performance and Learning and most recently on several certification related committees with the Canadian Society of Association Executives.
