UX Design: What’s UX and how can BAs and UX Designers work better together?

Discover what UX is, and what this means for customers and BAs. Bust some myths about UX. Understand the difference between a User Need Statement and a User Story. Learn how many of the techniques in the BABOK can be used by BAs to collaborate with your UX design team enabling the delivery of the best customer experience possible.
Bio

Victoria Polchinski graduated from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from the W.P. Carey School of Business in 2014. She currently works at Arizona State University as a UX Designer supporting eAdvisor products like My ASU, Degree Search, and Class Search. She has worked as both a UI Engineer and a UX Designer throughout her career and she has previously worked at General Motors, Cox Automotive, and Rowgatta. When she’s not designing you can find her on the trails with her dachshund, tackling a home improvement project, or cycling around Tempe.
