Learn and experience a new technique Business Model Canvas. In the BABOK, it is part of Strategy Analysis - current state, future state, define change strategy, specify and model requirements, analyze potential value of and recommend solution (chapters 6 and 7).  It is a method of laying out what you do or want to do and how you get it done. It is interactive and iterative. Participate in defining three of the nine segments for our chapter. Attendees will work in small groups to define customers, relationships, and value proposition.
 

We have really stepped up the Chapter offerings this year. Please join us, learn a new BA technique, and contribute to this strategy session as we continue to grow the Chapter.
