Overview of Presentation

Salesforce is the leading CRM system, holding almost 25% of the market share. It is the third-most in-demand technology skill as of 2018. There are expected to be over four million jobs created related to Salesforce by 2024 worldwide, with almost one million in the US alone.

As a BA, sometimes it can be hard to stand out from the crowd. Developing experience and background in Salesforce can be a way of doing that. Salesforce provides free training in a fun, online environment. Certifications are ways of showing would-be employers validation of expertise….all at a cost way less than going to college.

Margo Edris will be giving the Salesforce story and how a low code platform allows BAs to be much more involved in the development process.
