Overview of Presentation:

Critical Response Process (CRP) is a practical, 4-step methodology to enhance the capacity of leaders, managers, and employees to communicate feedback efficiently and ethically. It is a clear, specific, and productive strategy that uses proven steps to better transmission. Unlike the sandwich approach, this tool capitalizes on the giver and receiver of feedback generating discourse with the purpose of each being excited to get back to work.

In this workshop, participants will reflect on feedback in their own lives and work – when it has worked and when it hasn’t. Then participants will learn the steps of the Critical Response Process and enact them on a current work in progress.
