Lunch and Learn - CRM and Salesforce: What Are They? Why Should I Care?
REGISTRATION FOR THIS EVENT WILL CLOSE ON THURSDAY, AUGUST 25, 2022 AT 6:00 P.M. MST
Overview of Presentation:
Customer Relationship Management systems (CRM) are key to business success. They enable businesses to keep on top of their sales, marketing, and customer service functions, ideally to have a 360 degree view of their customers and best serve them. Originally developed for the sales function, they have developed in many niche markets, and can even be used for project management.
Salesforce is the leading CRM system, holding almost 25% of the market share. It is the third-most in-demand technology skill as of 2018. There are expected to be over four million jobs created related to Salesforce by 2024 worldwide, with almost one million in the US alone.
As a BA, sometimes it can be hard to stand out from the crowd. Developing experience and background in Salesforce can be a way of doing that. Salesforce provides free training in a fun, online environment. Certifications are ways of showing would-be employers validation of expertise….all at a cost way less than going to college.
Join Harvey and Jason as they dive deeper into CRM and Salesforce in this Lunch and Learn conversation.
