Julie Shannon is a business consulting professional with a long history in business analysis. She specializes in Aligning People, Processes and Technology, designing and implementing custom applications, reporting infrastructures, organizational change and user adoption. Julie is currently consulting at LE SupplyPRO in partnership with the National Sheriffs' Association providing an Online Marketplace catering to Law Enforcement Communities. As part of the Total Management Team, her primary task upon arrival was to assess and restart company on a new way of thinking and operating. Julie wears many different hats in this role, such as Business Operations Manager, Project Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, Change Manager and Reporting. Her duties include everything from Strategic Planning to Implementation, Training and Selling. Julie is also a Certified Scrum Product Owner and Scrum Master. Her goals this next year are to obtain her PROSCI Change Management and Lean Six Sigma Certifications.
